How long do I commit to a plan?
Every plan is a monthly subscription with a minimum term of 3 months.
What happens if I don't use my full support allowance in a month?
Up to half of the unused time can be carried over to the next month.
When is the AI chatbot available?
It is available from the Pro plan upwards. The Partner plan includes a dedicated AI assistant built for you, which fits your company's processes.
What if we are introducing a new system or module right now?
Every newly implemented system, module and custom development comes with a 60-day warranty. During this time, we fix defects against the agreed specification free of charge.
