It reads the supplier details, the line items and the amount from the invoice, then prepares the entry in Odoo. At first, finalising the data needs human approval.

It records the new lead in Odoo CRM and prepares a draft quote from the details given. After approval it sends it, and flags it if no reply has arrived by the agreed time.
Compiling reports
It collects the data available in Odoo for the month-end close and prepares a verifiable report from it for your accountant.

It monitors stock levels and alerts you or suggests a purchase when stock for a product falls below the minimum level.
Pre-screening customer questions

First we build the agent for one well-defined task. At first it makes suggestions that you review and approve; it only gets more independence based on the test results, with your consent.

If the goals agreed in advance are met on the first task, you can decide whether to automate another process.
Frequently asked questions
What does an “AI agent built into Odoo” mean?
The agent works with the data stored in Odoo, according to the permissions set for it. We define in advance what data it may read, what it may change, and what needs human approval.
How much does it cost?
The price of the development depends on the task and the connections it needs. The first 30-minute consultation is free. The detailed assessment is a separate paid service, and we agree its fee in advance; based on the assessment, we give you a quote for the development.
Do I need to be using Odoo already?
No. If you have Odoo, we build the agent into it. If you don't, we implement it first, then build the AI agent on top.
What if the agent makes a mistake?
An AI agent can make mistakes too, so at first it works with human approval. During the assessment we record which steps need review. We only set it to work on its own based on the tests, for tasks where that is appropriate.
What if I no longer want to use it later?
Operation has a 30-day notice period, with no lock-in. Your data stays yours and can be exported; we agree the export terms in advance.
Is AI agent development eligible for grant funding?
It depends on the specific grant call: some only support ERP implementation, others treat AI technology adoption as a separate eligible target too. In the consultation, we check what applies to you based on the current call.
