Your business can

handle more of the routine work itself.

An AI agent takes over the repetitive office work — invoice entry, quotes, follow-ups. If you already run Odoo, I build the agent into it; if you don't yet, I implement Odoo and add the agent from day one. Odoo OpenAI Anthropic Grant funding

Hours of manual admin work every week that shouldn't need a person

Every business has a handful of tasks that come back every week: entering invoices by hand, putting together quotes, answering the same emails, compiling reports, exporting to Excel and re-importing. None of it is hard — it just eats time, and every repeat entry is a chance to get something wrong. Where exactly this shows up, and how much time it's actually costing you, is something worth measuring rather than guessing — that's what the assessment is for.

An AI agent takes these tasks over. It isn't another piece of software you have to log into separately — it works inside your business management system, like a colleague would. It sees your customers, your invoices, your inventory — and it acts on them. The difference from a general-purpose chatbot is simple: the chatbot talks, the agent works.

Odoo + AI, one system

The AI agent isn't a separate product — it's part of your business management system. What I build is an AI-capable Odoo setup, where the agent works from your actual ERP data.

  • If you already use Odoo, I build the agent directly into it — from the first minute, it works from your real data.
  • If you don't have a business management system yet, I implement Odoo with AI features built in from the start. The Odoo implementation itself may be eligible for grant funding in some cases; custom agent development is typically funded separately. Where that line falls for your business is something we go through in the assessment.

This isn't a general-purpose AI agency. I've worked with Odoo-based business management for years, and I build the agent into that system — not bolted on as a separate tool.

Four levels, from a small first step to advanced automation

The four levels build on each other — the smallest one is a low-risk way to see whether this works for your processes.

GI Quickstart — one process

Automates one specific task — for example, capturing an incoming invoice from an email, or a recurring report. A good starting point if there's one particular task you'd like off your plate.

GI Workflow — a multi-step process

Handles an entire process end to end: a lead comes in, gets logged in the CRM, a quote gets put together and sent, and it follows up. Good if you have several manual steps that currently happen one after another.

GI Executive Assistant

Coordinates several sub-processes: sorting email, calendar management, project status, decision-support reports. For the owner of a 10-49 person business, this can give back 1-2 hours a day.

GI Custom — a bespoke solution

For non-standard cases: an industry-specific document processor, or a solution that coordinates several agents. For larger businesses or a specific operational problem.

Every level includes a monthly operating fee (language model, monitoring, maintenance), with a 30-day notice period. I give you the exact price after the free assessment.

Six tasks an AI agent can take off your plate

Capturing incoming invoices

Reads the vendor, line items and total, and records them — with human approval, until you trust it fully.

Quotes and follow-up

Logs a new lead in the CRM, puts together a quote, sends it, and follows up after three days if there's no reply.

Compiling reports

Pulls together the data for month-end close and has a report ready by the time your bookkeeper sits down to it.

Inventory monitoring

Watches stock levels and flags or drafts a purchase suggestion when a product drops below the minimum.

Pre-screening customer questions

Answers recurring questions instantly from your system's data, and hands off anything more complex to a person.

The decision stays with a person

These are well-defined, repetitive tasks. Anything that needs judgment stays with a person.
  • — WHY WORK WITH ME?

Why Glazer-Innovation

You're not getting a generic AI agency — you're getting a solution built directly into your Odoo system, backed by 25+ years of software development experience.

Built in, not bolted on

I build the agent into your business management system at the module level — from the first minute, it works from your real data.

Grant-eligible where applicable

The Odoo implementation itself may fit into a digitalization grant program; custom AI development on its own is typically not eligible. What's actually eligible depends on the specific program in effect at the time — we go through that in detail during the assessment.

Hungarian-language handover, if you need it

Documentation and handover in Hungarian where your team needs it, built around how Hungarian businesses actually operate — not a translated foreign system.

30-day notice period

No lock-in — your data stays yours, and you can leave at any time.

25+ years of development experience

25+ years combined in software development and ERP consulting

Honest advice

If a simpler solution is enough, I'll say so. I'm not here to oversell — I recommend what will actually pay off for your business.
  • — PROCESS

How a project runs

Four steps, deliberately cautious — you don't get one huge system all at once, you get it step by step, proven to work on your own data as you go.

Assessment

A free consultation: we go through your processes, find where the most time can be saved, and estimate the payback — including any grant funding that might apply.

Starts small

We automate one well-defined process first, so you can see it work on your own data.

Live, with human approval

At first the agent proposes, and a person approves; as its accuracy proves itself, it gradually gets more autonomy.

We expand what works

If the first process delivers the expected result, we move on to the next one.

I've delivered grant-funded digitalization projects for Hungarian small businesses, and I'm an Odoo Learning Partner and accredited supplier (MKIK, Hungary).

Frequently asked questions

The agent works directly from your business management system: it sees and updates your data without you needing to log into a separate tool.

It depends on the task. I give you the exact figure after the free assessment. If part of the development fits a grant program, your own contribution can end up lower — we work that out during the assessment.

This depends on the specific grant program in effect. Digitalization grants typically cover up to 90% of eligible costs, so some contribution from you is always required — and not every cost is eligible. Grant programs also change their rules over time, so I check what currently applies to your development as part of the assessment. During the assessment, we'll go through what fits into your development and what needs to be funded separately.

No. If you have Odoo, I build the agent in. If you don't, I implement it — and it's the Odoo implementation itself that typically fits a digitalization grant; custom agent development usually doesn't.

A simple agent takes a few weeks; a more complex solution, 2-3 months. With grant funding, the approval process adds a few more months on top.

Every agent starts with human approval required. It only moves to fully automatic once it's proven reliable. The responsible decision stays with you throughout.

A 30-day notice period, no lock-in. Your data stays yours and can be exported.

Building an AI agent? Check the risk points first

With autonomous agents, the key questions are what the system can decide on its own, what data it touches, and where human control is required — the checklist walks you through it quickly.
