For Hungarian SMEs that already have a business management system, a customer relationship management system (CRM), a webshop or an accounting system, or a lot of manual admin. It is especially useful if a lot of time goes into data entry or copying data between systems. It can also help if reports take a long time to prepare, or sales and stock are hard to see clearly. An assessment may also be worth it if you have many documents to process, your customer service is overloaded, or you are about to implement a business management system. You don't need to know in advance what AI solution you want: that is exactly what we find out.
We briefly go through what your company does, how many of you work there, what systems you use, where there is a lot of manual work, whether you plan an ERP or Odoo implementation, whether grant funding could be relevant, and which assessment level may be realistic. At the end we tell you whether we think an AI assessment is worth pursuing. If it isn't, we say so.
Depending on the level you choose, you get a management summary of where AI can be used, an estimate of the expected time and cost savings, and a proposal for the order of implementation. The document also covers development directions suitable for grant funding and the basic compliance questions of the AI Act. With a larger package you also get concrete project plans.
No. If you already use Odoo, the assessment starts from your current system. If you have another ERP, CRM, webshop or accounting system, we can still assess the AI opportunities. If you are about to implement an ERP, the assessment also helps you build your processes more smartly, not just introduce a system.
No. The assessment is valuable on its own, and the document stays yours. If you continue with us, we already know your processes. But you can also decide to have someone else do the implementation.
