I'll show you where AI can actually save you money in your business

An AI assessment for growing businesses: I go through how you operate, your ERP, and where manual admin work piles up. At the end, you get concrete AI opportunities — with an estimated saving, a suggested order to implement them in, and whether grant funding might apply. AI Assessment Odoo Grant funding AI Act

Most businesses already feel like they should be doing something with AI

Most businesses already feel like they should be doing something with AI — but it's not clear where to start. Customer service? Sales? Finance? Document handling? ERP processes?

Instead of general AI advice, I look at how your business actually operates and show you where a quick, reasonable result is realistic. By the end of the assessment, you're not left with ideas — you have a decision document: what's worth automating, in what order, with what business impact, and which parts might qualify for grant funding.

I'm not trying to push a new system on you. I start from the processes and ERP you already have.

Three levels, depending on how deep you want to go

Quick AI assessment

A 3-day executive-level review. Based on a 90-minute conversation, I identify the 3 most important AI opportunities, with an estimated time and cost saving for each. Ideal if you want a quick read on whether there's real AI potential in your business.

Detailed AI audit

A review of several key processes, with a payback estimate and a 12-month implementation sequence. Ideal if you're considering grant-funded implementation, ERP development, or more substantial automation.

AI strategy plan

Detailed project plans, AI usage guidelines, and six months of follow-up. This plans out the direction, not just the first step. Ideal if you want AI development across several areas, prepared for leadership-level decisions.

All three levels include a basic AI Act screening (the EU's artificial intelligence regulation) and implementation recommendations. This is a preliminary readiness check, not a legal compliance certification — see the FAQ below. I give you the exact quote after our first conversation.

You don't get a slide deck — you get a decision document

The assessment has one job: show you where there's a tangible AI opportunity in your business.

If the assessment doesn't identify at least one concrete, numbers-backed saving or speed-up opportunity in the processes we review, I refund the fee. There's no long contract and no obligation to implement anything. The findings are yours to keep, whether or not you continue working with me afterward.

Why Glazer-Innovation

I start from how the business runs

I don't start with AI tools — I start with your processes: sales, finance, purchasing, document handling, customer management, ERP.

I work from Odoo and ERP experience

As an Odoo Learning Partner, I can see exactly where a growing business's operations tend to get stuck: manual admin, duplicate data entry, slow reporting, disconnected systems.

May be eligible for grant funding

The assessment helps identify which developments make business sense and can be prepared for a supported digitalization project, where applicable.

I'm not selling hype

The goal isn't "having AI" for its own sake — it's less manual work, fewer errors, and faster operations.

Let's find out if there's a real AI opportunity in your business

In a free first conversation, we'll go through what systems you use, where the manual work piles up, and where an AI assessment could realistically start. You decide afterward whether you want the full audit.

Frequently asked questions

For businesses that already run some kind of business management system, CRM, webshop or accounting software, or where a lot of work is still manual. It's especially useful if a lot of time goes into data entry, you're copying data between systems, reporting is slow, sales or inventory are hard to see clearly, there's a lot of document processing, customer service is overloaded, or you're about to implement an ERP. You don't need to know in advance which AI solution you want — that's exactly what the assessment figures out.

Three steps. (1) An executive-level conversation about your main operating areas. (2) Analysis: finding where manual work, repetitive tasks, error risk or slow decisions are concentrated. (3) An executive summary: a short, clear document with the most important AI opportunities, an estimated saving, and a suggested next step.

Depending on the level you choose: an executive summary, a list of AI opportunities, estimated time and cost savings, an implementation sequence, development directions that may fit grant funding, a basic AI Act screening, and — at the higher tiers — concrete project plans. You get a decision document you can act on as a business owner.

No. If you already use Odoo, the assessment starts from your existing system. If you run a different ERP, CRM, webshop or accounting system, the AI opportunities can still be assessed. If you're about to implement an ERP, the assessment also helps you rebuild the underlying processes more sensibly, not just install a new system.

Certain digitalization and business development projects may be eligible for grant funding, depending on the terms in effect at the time and your company's eligibility. The assessment helps you go into a grant application with a business-justified, concrete development plan rather than general ideas. Important: funding isn't automatic or guaranteed.

Free advice is often a sales conversation that ends with a recommended tool or project. Here, the assessment is a standalone deliverable: I go through how you operate, put numbers on the opportunities, and hand over something you can use whether or not you implement it with me.

No. The assessment delivers value on its own, and the document stays yours. If you continue with me, it helps that I already know your processes — but there's no obligation to continue, and no lock-in.

The AI Act is the EU's regulation on artificial intelligence. The screening looks at what risk category the planned AI use might fall into, and what the basic considerations are. Most small-business use cases typically aren't in the highest risk category. This is not a full legal audit — for a deeper review, I bring in a legal partner.

We go through, briefly: what your business does, how many people work there, what systems you use, where the manual work is concentrated, whether you have an ERP or Odoo implementation planned, whether grant funding might be worth exploring, and which assessment level makes sense. At the end, I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth moving forward with an AI assessment — and if it isn't, I'll say that too.
