Company knowledge lives scattered across documents, folders, emails, and people's heads. A colleague searches, asks around, or just remembers wrong. And the word “AI” tends to raise two concerns:

  • what if it makes something up, and a decision gets built on that;
  • and where does your data actually go, if you upload it to some external cloud service.

We built the solution around these two problems.

What is it? — works two ways: inside Odoo, or as a standalone tool

A private AI assistant that works from your own knowledge: you upload the documents, ask questions in plain language, and it answers with the source cited. If there's no relevant source, it says so — it doesn't try to sound confident without one.

It can be set up in two ways, depending on whether you use Odoo:

  • Odoo-native module — for companies already on Odoo. Alongside your documents, you can also ask natural-language questions about live Odoo data — a period's revenue, a customer's status.
  • Standalone chat interface — for anyone without Odoo. A separate web assistant built on your own documents.

This isn't a pre-built chat widget handed over as-is — it's configured around your workflows, permissions and documents.

One of the biggest risks with general-purpose document-chat tools is that they give a confident-sounding answer even without a source. That's hallucination, and in a business context it can lead to a bad decision. This is built the other way round: if there's no proper source, the system says so.

The data handling is also built more carefully: the language model runs in a dedicated EU environment, and your documents are never sent out to train an external AI provider's model.

Not into an external AI cloud where you'd lose control over the data. The language model runs in a controlled EU environment — on a machine you host or one we operate, based in the EU — and your documents are never used to train an external AI provider's model.

The system says so — it's built not to give a confident answer without a source. That's a core design principle, not something bolted on afterward.

Not required. There are two versions: a standalone chat interface for anyone, and an Odoo-native module for Odoo customers, with live ERP data. Same engine, two interfaces.

Access can be controlled by permission group. Access isolation has been verified in a live environment.
